Bank End Primary Academy Parent Ambassadors

The Parent Ambassadors will be a new organisation of parents and staff. Its role will be to encourage closer links between home and school. Fundraising events and social times provide an opportunity for parents, staff and pupils to get together and raise much needed funds for those little extras which enhance the work we do in school with all of the children.  

I strongly believe that it will make a fabulous contribution to the life of our school.  

How will our Parent Ambassadors be organised? 

All parents/carers and teachers are automatically members of the committee. Our committee will also have an organising committee which will meet regularly to agree what kind of events to host and how to spend any money that gets raised. Mrs Wrend is the named member of staff who will facilitate these meetings and other members of the school leadership team will also attend. Meetings will be held in our ‘Heart Space’ room.  

The committee will aim to meet once a month and set up smaller working groups to organise individual events.
