Summer Fayre Letter

Dear Parents, Carers and Friends

We have a very small, newly formed parents group that have been working tirelessly in school to set up fun events for children and families since the beginning of May.  One such event that we all feel passionate about is our up and coming Summer Fayre where we will be opening our doors for the afternoon of the 15^th July and inviting you in to share some summer festivities and fun with us.

Below is a list of stalls that we will be running on that day.  Please could you donate to your child’s/children’s classes or any other class so that we can make sure that it is not only fun but fund raising for our children and school too?

EYFS/Y1- Tombola Stall-Please donate cans, bottles, toys, sweets…anything in good order

Y2/Y3- Second Hand Book and Toy Stall- Please help us by donating toys and books that your children may have grown out of

Y4-Biscuits and Cake Stall-the children will be baking for this stall but please help us by donating packets of biscuits and cakes

Y5-Treasure Map- A selection of prizes are needed for this game that will be made by the Y5s-so please donate sweets, chocolates or anything that would make a good gift

Y6-Face Paints-The children will be face painting, nail varnishing and even doing hair, please help them by donating nail varnish hair products etc.

We are desperately seeking second hand uniform to be sold on this afternoon also…if you have some that your child/children have no further use for please donate it for us to recycle.

There will be other attractions going on during the course of the afternoon including surprise fun activities for adults and children alike and a barbeque.  In order to achieve all this we would ask that you give a small amount of time to support the stalls for your child/children’s class.

ALL ITEMS FOR DONATION NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO THE SCHOOL HALL ON WEDNESDAY 13^TH JULY, ANYTIME DURING THE DAY.
