A Runaway Success
Dear Parent/Guardian,

Thank you on behalf of the Year 6 Enterprise Project for the tremendous support you have given this week. So far the project has been a tremendous for success, so much so that we have been inundated with customers and virtually sold out of goods for sale. We need to replenish our stock and so we are closed until next week.

Because of the difficulty of giving children the opportunity to buy items in the time we have available we are opening as follows next week

On Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday for Year 3, 4, 5 & 6, at playtime on each of these days.

Children in Key Stage 1 will be brought to the shop on Wednesday morning only in small groups throughout the morning to allow them time to choose.

Children will not need any money in school Tomorrow, June 11th or Monday June 14th

We will continue to produce things for sale after next week but we will be changing our approach and only selling one item per day. We have other plans too…

As always all of these details will be published here on our website

Thanks again for your support the Y6 pupils they are having a great time as well as a valuable, real world experience

E-Safety
Children use technology in amazing ways to do amazing things. Technology opens up new possibilities that many of us never had when we were growing up. With the power of the Internet, children can create their own websites, music, videos, photographs and upload and share these online with friends, family or the whole world. Thanks to mobile phones, laptops and handheld devices such as portable music players and games consoles they can access the Internet from any location at any time.As parents, we may not use the Internet and other technologies in the same way as our children, but we do need to understand what they are doing, what the risks might be, and how we can help them to keep themselves safe. (YHGFL)Here are some useful websites to help you to help your children stay safe:
