Keeping Healthy

In Science, we have been learning how to keep our bodies healthy. We know that it is important to consider diet and exercise in order to ensure that we grow WELL. We have looked at the physical stages in the human life cycle and have used our thinking skills and our prior knowledge to look for lines on enquiry within our research of healthy lifestyles. We have looked at: diet and food groups, water consumption and exercise. Our next step will be to learn about hygiene and medicine.
