Star of the Week

logobankendDear Georgia,

Georgia, first of all I would just like to say how lovely it is to have you in our class. Your beautiful smile instantly cheers me up in a morning and that smile stays fixed on your face for the entire day…. Every day.

We all talk about change and how important it is to embrace change and adapt to it as quickly as possible. You have had some HUGE changes this year Georgia and you have dealt with this incredibly well. Not only have you got a brand new teacher but you have also moved to a brand new class. I am so, so proud of you for being grown up and getting on with this change and embracing your learning so well.

Just recently, you have stopped going into Year 1 for guided reading and phonics and I think that being fully inclusive in Year 2 has really been a positive move for you. You are definitely acting like a Year 2 child Georgia and we love having you with us all the time.

You work very well with Miss Clancy and I know that she is proud of you as well today. You work really well together and we can see the amazing progress that you are making from working so hard with Miss Clancy.

I watched you in a dance lesson on Wednesday and I was so impressed with your effort and the focus that you showed throughout. You fully deserve this very special mention Georgia. Well done! You are a shining star!

Lots of love from, Miss Smith x x x x x
